Scroll down to Photoshop Elements 5.0 or get training on any of the over 180 different software applications online.

Basics:

How to Save an Image from the Web:

Right click on a photo and select "Save Image As...". Give it a name and save it in a place where you can retrieve it for later.

 

How to Work on a Photo from a Camera:

Open Adobe Photoshop Elements

Plug in the camera using a USB cord

Adobe Elements should find the camera and the pictures on it

Allow Elements to move the photos to its software for you to work with
